there is a prospect of a tantalisingly ironic scenario developing. As those that attended the EGM would know the directors basically refused to answer questions except for directing shareholders to the contents of the IE's report. If the IE turns around and changes the material nature and valuations of the report where does that leave the directors?
Up a very very dirty creek, with no paddles, lifejackets or friends to rescue them I would have thought.
