Your EPS calculations are off. I think you're basing your figures on cashflow? Which are admittedly poor at the moment... and I think this is the basis for the lower SP.

One cant forget that stocks are generally down across the board at the moment, and for a company that isn't expected to announce any mind boggling results funds are just positioning elsewhere for the reporting season.

Expect it to bounce after. TFC is still undervalued by most standards. I think P/E at the moment is around 3x, which is pretty amazing really.
