Thanks for link to ABC article. I was not aware of this Parliamentary enquiry. Details are here: http://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/committees/Senate/Economics/MIS The report is due to be released on 7 March 2016 (after being postponed numerous times).

The ABC article suggests the Parliamentary Committee will recommend discontinuing the tax concessions for Managed Investment Schemes. This would have a negative impact to TFC.

Does anyone have any knowledge on the draft findings and recommendations of this Parliamentary Committee?
