Revenue is not under IBUY controll its up to the customers, what is under their controll is staff numbers. The whole point of having a consolidated entity is to combine the parts of all the businesses to create efficiencies. They apear to have staff doing the same job for each seperate website. Thier should be one office in the world with programmers not seven! All the staff should be in the cheapest local, I recommend Phillipines as they speak good english and pay is $10 to $15 australian per day. Move the headquarters to one local, hire good interpreters cut staff to say 500 saving miilions as now they obviously have duplicated staff in each country doing the same job.
