Been a while since my last post, thought it would be a god time to get some conversation going re:IBN
key points:
The last qtr update is just around the corner. Based on this time last year the 4c & update was released to market on the 31/7/2017.
New substantial holder coming in, almost all top 20's still holding very strong after seeing the latest report
which is all very positive.
We have also seen the luxury sales arm of IBN realty back in may 2018 we saw a sale for roughly $3,32m and we a e bracing for the upcoming auction this Saturday 21/7/2018 which if sold should fetch into the mid to high $2.5-3m mark going from recent comparable sales in the area.
We have a receivable book with value, added acquisitions previously released to market that have come into play, new arms added to the core of the business which in my opinion has greatly diversified IBN giving a safety guard of sorts and much more opportunity to an industry that is going through a well known transition.
Furthermore we should give credit where credits due to the current management for creating a much more pliable business model (forward adaptive actionable thinking) where they have adapted to the current market trend by adding new bolt on's to the core business to increase confidence and navigate through the industry to offer a higher conviction investment for us the shareholders. In short, IBN is giving the market what they want.
I've most definitely left out a heap of info but lets hope that sales are really good and we see some acquisitions coming through sooner than later.
This is for certain: IBN is a real company that doesn't offer fluff anns and historically speaking only deliver high conviction announcements can causes a wonderful surge in share price.
