I would actually go higher, but I'm uncomfortable that Wallis-Mance won't unload some more shares. From my posting on the 27th January:

"Wallis-Mance owned 117,000,000 shares. I couldn't understand why they sold 32,054,790 shares - a rather strange number.

In hindsight selling this number was just enough to ensure Wallis-Mance was no longer a Substantial Holder. They are now free to sell shares on-market, without having to report their sales.

I've seen this happen a few times, and each time it was a prelude to the holder eventually selling all of their shares, albeit in controlled batches."
