IBN has worked very hard in building relationships with Developers and getting access to above average properties. One of those developers is the Stable Group http://stable.com.au/

On their Website they list TheBurcham as the "newest Lifestyle Living innovative development".

Have a good look at this place - it's like something out of the spaceage.

What I found very interesting was the Burcham's website.

It lists the Stable Group and IBuynew ONLY. Does this mean we are a first preference seller - or even better does this mean we have exclusive rights to selling these apartments?

I will contact IBN and try and classify this issue. I'm hoping it could be a big win for us.
