He spent quite a lot of time in China in 2014....and then he left Caldwells.... came back to Australia, and moved around in 2015 and 2016.
Alex doesn't need the money...I think he's searching for something....I think he has unfinished business in China, and IBN is the vehicle for him to do this. I'm waiting for the due diligence on the international deal (foreign exchange risks, repatriation of funds, government regulations etc) - and Alex has a history with Franchises as well.
Plus, I think there might be another local deal in the pipeline, as we are looking to diversify our revenue streams a bit more.
No rush to hold the AGM, and then we can sign off on two deals at the one time?
The September quarter result should show some solid sales, plus a reduction in costs, which I expect will start driving up our SP.
IBN is only so cheap because of fear regarding the effect of the changes to Chinese investment rules that occurred.
