maybe not highly leveraged but i'd be more comfortable if they reduced that debt sooner rather than later. As far as the market is concerned, moderate to large debt levels are considered toxic.
as for the debt/equity ratio, i'm no bean counter but they have a lot of intangible assets that make the debt/equity look better than it may be. is it silly to ask - can one easily pay off a loan with intangible assets?
