Will there likely be an investigation into why the board withheld the takeover offer as many investors who sold recently at sub $8 could potentially have a legal case against Company for failing to advise market.
If the offer was publicly known under continous disclosure rules then likely many would not have sold down if any to sub $8 saving them from any recent losses.
