Short answer: YES
[Despite what the WOR board now says and does (the board is now completely neutralised after events of the past few days), and despite the DAR announcement saying that it has "no present intention of initiating discussions with Worley in terms of a change of control transaction."]
PS. I'm not sure what WOR News is, but if it is an internal company news publication, then I am surprised it is saying that DAR Group wants to buy the company outright.
