I think the WOR news says DAR wants to buy all its shares. If I'm right does it mean a take-over ?
An old-timer stockbroker (sorry forgot his name, he's passed-on disgraced goalies) said that the first offer will not be the final one. I bought at ~ $8 after the drop post reporting a few days ago great! so I'll watch the drama unfold with interest.
So, is DAR going to take-over WOR ... anyone ?
