A couple of months ago you wrote WOR's 'model is broken'. I wouldn't say it is broken but the macro remains weak and what few contracts are out there... are keenly contested. WOR is a contractor and struggling to win contracts. Revenue have been dropping for years. How can it change this when it has no control over capex spending by potential clients? Plus debt has jumped and WOR pay 46m/annum in interest alone. Mkt Cap is 90% 'goodwill'. One can have the best engineers around but if there is very little work then what?
