i have no idea if u'd have to pay for the options at expirery or not?
eg. in 30 months time lets just assume OGD shares where $1.00 and the merge has taken place...
now u need to exercise the options because 29 months has expired, so do you

1. have to pay $0.925 to recieve the $1.00 OGD shares.

or

2. exercise your options at no cost because they where given to you in the CMX/OGD merge, to recieve your $1.00 OGD shares.
