re: merger with oceana gold plushtek why? this is the question.
current share prices OGD = $0.78 and CMX = $0.50

if the merge was to take place next week.
you could have CMX shares today for .50cents.
then next week they would be converted to
0.61 X $0.78 = $0.475
+
0.31 X $0.78 = $0.24 ( options converted in 30 months at $0.92)

total = $0.715
( CMX value at OGD current share price of $0.78 )

or have i miss the goals completely and kicked it out of bounds on the full!?
