DGR definitely play a long long game - looking at their full history including daughter companies is the best way to assess. How have their previous takeovers panned out for SH? AJQ and ANW have many comparisons and it's good to look at the short term impacts of CN overhang at AJQ, but long term better looking elsewhere.

Without completing DD AJQ has a lot more CN overhang - Anyone confirm?
