If I read your posts 3 years ago, I would have saved myself 30K.

I am not upset because key failed, I am upset because we paid for a lottery ticket while there was no draw at all. It is like giving someone 1000$ and ask him to go to the casino and put it in the roulette and this guy goes to the casino and in the way he stop in a bar and spend 990$ on beer.

On one thing I disagree with you, key is not an exception and there are too many spec companies that are a true scam.
