terry admits to massive mechanical failures replicated repeatedly off one pad on multiple wells
they have since completed multiple wells off one pad further south and also i believe north, making the souther sections very attractive, and all multiple completions on both sites were glowing in their reports.
anyone saying the swift wells was a formation issue and reflects that the EFS acres that texon have are thereby also poor quality is absolutely 100% INCORRECT in their analysis. it was a 100% SWIFT MECHANICAL FAILURE and with the two recent texon EFS wells demonstrating huge numbers it has to be said the acreages are greatly undervalued presently, and i am seeing EOG keep to those number as well as chesapeake in recent completions in the county
