it would be interesting from a retail perspective to start getting a picture of how many purchasers are multiple time purchasers, ie are coming back fore more. I reckon we can expect a burst of 'try something new' buying when PEPP first arrives in a country, but it is the return purchasers that are going to be the profit driver, of course.
