hi all, two questions if anyone could indulge me:
1. Does anyone know when the timing for the GXY SDV revised DFS is due? very soon I believe...would it be out before GMM has to vote?

could it be possible, that GXY/GMM executive teams have already had a sneak preview of the results of the DFS, and know it's going to be a monster. hence the decision to merge and keep the SDV profits wholly within this combined entity?

2. What would happen to the share prices of the respective companies if this gets voted against? I suspect tank massively? the shares have been moving in lock step, maintaining a 1.65 ratio, so it does not appear that the market values the ratio any higher....
