I think there will be a lot of GXY holders that may do the same.
There isn't any reason I can see to decline the offer and worst case it will be a better one.
Essentially General Mining has joint ventured into Galaxy Resources Sal De Vida by 29%
The HKSE listing would cover the cost to build SDV and the income from Mt Cattlin will construct James Bay.
Securing 29% ownership into an asset that can produce a final lithium product is highly profitable.
Sal De Vida will dwarf the income from Mount Cattlin and James Bay combined.
I cannot see any reason not to accept.
