Just to clarify my previous comment I am referring to the cover letter from HDY yesterday where it is stated :

"As outlined in the Letter, in accordance with Listing Rule 18.8 and to ensure compliancewith Listing Rule 3.1 and 11.1, ASX has requested that HDY prepare and release to themarket a statement (“Explanation”), acceptable to ASX, giving a detailed account ofthe events ....etc

So if HDY wants to survive then it has to be totally upfront. Of course if it is totally upfront it may not survive anyway as ASX will burn them at the stake, dunk them in the lake, clamp them irons and other suitable punishments.
