The wording that caught my eye when looking at the ASX comments was that any information put forward by HDY has to meet with the approval of ASX. Unless HDY produces an honest account of all the information that ASX has requested then if ASX considers that it does not meet its approval then HDY is down the gurgler. This is last chance stuff.
