- Robin Armstrong had an association with Siegfried Konig (from LWP fame)
- LWP had similar questions from the ASX
- LWPs answers were very similar to HDY - there are no records of meetings
- Konig was needing to be further probed by regulators
- Konig is now overseas and ‘unable’ to be contacted to answer these queries
