Well, the ASX doesn't have to answer to anyone. They make the rules.(enclosed in a little red book).

IMHO,HDY has been made a "whipping boy" because of a disgruntled shareholder.

I am totally ignorant to whether an ASX employee/investigator is allowed to hold shares,
so, I can not extropolate any further. They make the rules, and they enforce the punishment.

The only positives to come out of this debacle, is that HDY, is in a great position.
This is why I believe in the board, and the future of the tenements they have.

If for no other reason, the "nearology" aspect of areas held, could enhance SP, as recently
seen with BHP and RIO anns. HDY is very close to NCM, think what you will.

At the end of the day, the market will decide, not regulatory pedantics.
I want to buy, but can't because of all this ASXBS, which is costing SH money.

ASX, delist, or reinstate as soon as you get off your 10th coffee break.
I don’t really see it that way old mate.

I too have been frustrated by how drawn out this has been, but after carefully reading the ASX letter I think the ASX has probably got it right.
I think in the long term us smaller holders will be protected (despite the short term pain) from future deals that are set up to only benefit the “old boys club”.

Despite our angst, the individuals involved in these questionable deals have an enormous amount riding on a satisfactory outcome here. If this goes belly up, this will be career ending for these blokes. It is in everyone’s interest for this to get settled. Fess up boys, beg forgiveness, suggest a course of remediation and let’s get on with it - FFS already!!!

Significant legal action awaits if they don’t fess up and at least attempt to make it right. Hope Everblu boys haven’t spent the money already.

ASX have given them 2 options here, fess up and return shareholder value OR be delisted which will be the leaat of their problems.

Only wish they could cancel their passports.

Doesn’t make for light reading, they seem a little miffed.
