Well if it is over (not that I have shares in HDY) I would hope tha the ASX then gets ASIC involved. ASIC may not have a great reputation for doing a lot. However, with the roasting that it has been getting at the Royal Commission for failing to act, then it might be keen to flex its muscles and suddenly become active in dealing to the shady deals and protecting the ordinary shareholders. We can but hope.
