you can't be any more wrong ... the shares will not be dirt cheap as they consolidate before CR (as they have been) and you lose your options proportionally and after a while they also again lose value ... as has been the case. so in each cycle if this familiar situation share/option holders only end up losing their number of shares/options proportionally as the price slides back to pre consolidation.
