The problem is the SP is so low now that a bidder would have to pay 3X the current SP to be attractive to BOL, and I can't think of many suitors who would do that. BOL refused the last offer, so one would expect the only time they would accept one now is if it were higher.

It's a good company, this one. It was on a "one year low" scan last night, as was GFF. Both got smashed again today. It's a tough market. :/ It's very hard to argue with an insistent seller, though. At some point, they will run out of shares.
