Good point Tokyo, but do you mean substantial holders rather than directors? I’ve been wondering about the substantial holders for a while and what they may have planned.
You have the Russian who in around December transferred his entire stake to a new corporate entity. Then the likes ot Orion and Database systems which are essentially controlled by the Chaudhri family – brother is Farooq Khan a former director of Strike and who is involved also with Orion.
Database recently increased its holding and I think when combined with Orion is over 20%.
Then there are other major holders like D&C the former joint owner of the project – the D&C family I believe have recently agreed to sell their major stake in the family business (Camposol) to the Chinese.
I wonder whether Strike will bring back D&C as a partner to assist with the development of the project. D&C would presumably have heaps of cash following the sale of Camposol and I thought that I had seen a news article indicating they were looking to invest in iron.
Not really sure if any of this will affect the share price but hopefully the next quarterly update will show that some progress with community approvals has been made.
