Placement shares after consol worth 1c - true. But we have seen almost no selling. Furthermore, there is not enough volume to sell anything meaningful. They need to make a juicy acquisition and produce significant but also durable price appreciation to make any significant returns.
Not to mention the option holders who need SP genuinely re-rated well above 2.5c to profit from the options
