These Cygnet shells really are tightly held. Look at IHS and RMR. Both trade at a premium to placement price but never the less, stock just doesn't come out. Sell side is thin and difficult to get a decent parcel.
Given Cygnet track record, should be a multi-bagger in time, and no-one with a decent holding is willing to sell for just a bag or two. Seriously sticky hands, much more than seen on other advisories IMO. Very good for holders.
