Our Recent Transactions GetSwift (ASX.GSW): In late 2016, Cygnet completed the ASX listing of global Software-as-a-Service provider, GetSwift. Cygnet acted as lead manager of the transaction which included seed and IPO capital rounds to raise $6.5M. GetSwift’s share price closed at a 70% premium to the IPO after the first week of trading. Global Geoscience (ASX.GSC): In 2015, Cygnet managed the recapitalisation of ASX listed resource explorer, Global Geoscience. Cygnet subsequently advised on the acquisition of the flagship Nevada Lithium-Boron Project. Since recapitalisation, the market value of Global has grown to a high of over $95M. Fastbrick Robotics (ASX.FBR): In 2015, DMY Capital Limited completed the acquisition of robotic building technology developer, Fastbrick Robotics. Cygnet acted as lead manager of the acquisition which included completion of an oversubscribed IPO to raise $5M. Since re-listing, the market value of Fastbrick Robotics has grown from $13M to a high of over $100M. Black Rock Mining (ASX.BKT): In 2015, Cygnet acted as lead advisor to the ASX listing of Tanzanian graphite explorer, Black Rock Mining. The listing followed a re-compliance of Green Rock Energy. Cygnet acted as lead manager to the transaction which included a $4M IPO and acquisition of the flagship Mahenge Graphite Project. Since listing, the market value of Black Rock has grown from $10M to a high of over $60M. iSignthis (ASX.ISX): iSignthis listed on the ASX in March 2015 following a reverse takeover of oil and gas explorer, Otis Energy. Cygnet acted as lead manager of the transaction which included the recapitalisation of Otis, management of the reverse takeover and management of a $3M IPO. Since listing, iSignthis market capitalisation has grown from $27M to a high of over $200M.
