I loss because of advertising, page-21

I don't know why people "loss because of advertising" whinging. Listen, unless advertisement says "100% guarantee you will make profit or 100% money back"... than it is buyers be aware.

People should not invest or buy any product because of advertisement. If you do than you don't have any critical analytical skills to survive in stock market.

We see advertisement to sell apartments eg realestate.com, domain. They advertise properties for sale, but does NOT guarantee any future profit.

It is buyers be aware why some properties sell cheap e.g. termites, asbestos, faulty electrical wiring etc. You should get building inspection done.

Just IMHO.
