I think maybe a few people are watching this from the sidelines to see if the deal goes through before they jump in.
When the deal goes through it will give investors a more accurate view of the market value of the company.
It will lead to the question, if realtors8 sold for $4.3 mill, Then what is expense8 worth considering it generates more revenue?
Without doing a detailed analysis I can only speculate and say that the Expense8 SaaS business is quite possibly worth at least $4-5 mill also, based on revenue generation and growth prospects in comparison to Realtors8.
Even if the sale doesn't go through, The company is currently well funded and seems to be moving in the right direction.
I think Patience will be rewarded with this one.

have a look at the half yearly accounts , the company is cash flow negative with one of the board members having to put in over $1M in financing late last year as c notes .
Also expense8 generates more revenue but also is a greater drain on finances than realtors8
The increase in revenue PCP is minimal
