I'm not sure how long the diligence process is expected to take, I was originally thinking a few months. I suppose the one thing we can know at this stage is that 8CO is legally required to inform the market if the sale agreement had been terminated, until that happens we can only assume the sale is still in motion. An update wouldn't go astray.
