Does anyone have any knowledge of how long the sale of the real8tors business can take?

It has thus far taken over two months from the announcement of the S$250k received in consideration of the buyout from an unknown suitor.

Has anyone had experience with a stock with a similar transaction and how long this could take? I was thinking about a month or two. But now id say the longer it's dragged on the less likely it is to happen. Although I would have thought giving S$250k would have been a confident signal a buy would happen.
