Management aren't really doing themselves any favors with the lack of market updates, some companies try and manage the SP through announcements, these guys obviously aren't to concerned about it Even though the SP has halved in the last few months.
At the end of the day, once that sale goes through the market will probably take another look at it, you could drive the SP up 100% with $10 000 if you wanted to, not many shares have been sold under the 10 cent mark.
I think even the recent trading activity was more then likely short term traders looking to make a quick buck entering in the 5 cent region and then cutting their losses after the SP failed to move higher.
