You have to remember that the decline coincided with everything else on the market after the peak of November 2007.

There is not strong positive market sentiment, but once people have finished up re-weighting their portfolios and picking up those blue-chip companies on the cheap (like banks, etc), they will turn their attention back to small caps like CMA Corp.

In the long term, I easily expect 70c+ to be broken. The story is good and the fundamentals are sound. Its just a matter of time.
