As I said before, IMO the company should have been sold as one and not in part as has transpired. What exactly was the point of selling the oil producing assets of the company especially given the oil price now. It should not have been in a trading halt last year or currently. Macquarie were contracted to extract the maximum value for shareholders. Do they give back there advisers fees if we are left with a share price in the teens if this latest "offer" falls through.
I am dying to be proved wrong with a decent offer.....is 29, 30C too much to ask?? My hopes of 40c by 2012 are a distant dream...
