I once found my favourite bread (cost $8.50 per loaf) was full of holes. Very uncharacteristic of this brand. I managed to use the internet to locate where I could make a complaint. I did send photos so they could see I was not exaggerting. I ended up with packets of anzac biscuits, muesli, and forget what else, but quite a parcel of products, all of which are expensive to buy. They had a new baker and wondered if the fault came from this new person, but they were very reasonable and, yes, very happy to compensate. I continue to buy their loaves and never had that problem happen again.
