You sound like a very disgruntled ex-employee of KEY with a grudge to bear, i hope that is not the case. Are you saying that the directors are deliberate scamming their shareholders?

With regards to the money spent, i suggest you have a read of their growth strategy which is to accumulate oil and gas assets, and to develop them. So, yes they have spent money like all new junior companies should do. What they have failed to do so far is get a return from these assets.
