What makes you think there is an spp coming up. There is no mention of that in the announcement, and as we all know they are negotiating with AEX to sell WSS.
The trading halt is about KEY acquiring oil & gas interests. Have you considered the possibility that assets might be acquired in exchange for equity in our company.
With the oil prices the way they are, merges and acquisitions will be a flavour of things to come across this sector imo.
