And another thought that just came to my mind is.....Who is not to say that when PES was taken over by BG and Shell capitulated to BG's wishes without offeringany help to AOE, that they didn't make an agreement such as: "You let this go through and don't help AOE at this stage of the game, and I will do the same when you'll be ready to move on AOE itself".

I know that these are only speculations but, in the world of Corporation today, anything is possible and if it wasn't that every now and then ASIC will come out of the woodwork to show that they have some interest on keeping an eye on things, everything else would be so blatant that it wouldn't be funny.
