Not really , there are some small areas of cropping that supports their feedloting & backgrounding activities. At Whylara (Surat) they grow crops under irrigation to make silage & hay to supplement the growing of their wagyu cattle to feedlot entry weights & to help in dry times. Also adjoining their feedlots there is some grain & fodder produced but that is used in the feedlot ration. So that do not grow grain crops to sell grain. Hope this helps.
