i doubt its that as that would have been announced much quicker then now.
I tend to think its either a cap raising (leasts\ favored option) and or something with an overseas connection....(most likely)
might be waiting on other party to announce then BPO will follow.
are the Directors O/S at the moment?
if it is overseas very hard to see it released today.
