That doesn’t mean anything. last year ucl did a capital raising when it was at 0.03 and one week later it jumped to 0.14 cents.

Of course after couple of month it went back to 0.02, but that is different story all together.

I still believe all of that buying was not because of capital raising or simple trade analysis! Why would you want to issue more shares when you already have about 1.4 million in the bank? I think they know something is cooking in the oven and they want to use it to their advantage!
