Based in my hometown King Louie. Have been restructuring and did a sale lease back arrangement which bolstered their books. Can't belive the sale price as it appeared to relate to yield only but the property value was way overinflated.
Funny you mention this stock as I am about to invest in commercial properties. A firend of mine has made millions in the past 2 years buying large factory allotments and then selling each factory back to the tenant at attractive yields!!
