    If there is a decent announcement soon then hopefully the capital raising event will simply be the EMSOA getting up rather than anything more significant or dilutive.

    (Aside from owning EMSOA) as a headstock owner I think I'd rather we went that route rather than a larger CR down at the high 2's/low 3's. This capital structure is a basket case enough as it is...
