Have to agree with others that your post is very thoughtful and well presented. So much so whilst I was waiting for the Doctor to see me (arthroscopic surgery needed to knee to improve golf) I have to agree that perhaps I can be optimistic but guess what? you have to be optimistic when holding EMS as long as I have. I was optimistic talking about SP being 8 to 10 cents when actully 6 to 8 cents would probably be enough to get the oppies well and truly over the line.

My thoughts are as follows... AGM 30th Nov...good news to be out before that date to get SP up to enable oppies to be converted and money in the bank. Also makes for a more friendly AGM.

If this fails then oppies will not be converted on 31st Dec and EMS have a real cash problem. Solution....issue more oppies to existing oppie holders for 1 cent each with a conversion value of 5 cents to line up with the oppies to be converted in June 2013. This will raise approx $550k to see us through to June.

Surely this is more than enough breathing space.

Have a good weekend all, and hopefully the weekend papers are full of the Malaria Conference because the dailies have been sadly lacking.
