I am having nightmares, quick calculation of money in the bank and the company cannot meet its obligations/proposed work program without a capital raise and an urgent one (excluding R&D repayments, Industry loans/Orica, UIL obligations, Other S.A. permits).
Is there a way we can get the company to provide a confirmation that they remain a going concern? or do we have to wait until the next quarterly report? how does the ASX audit/ensure companies remain a going concern?
Any inside to how we will get funds? capital raise, sell off assets, farm out?
